T=Time
HR=Hourly Rate
MPG=Miles per Gallon
WT=Wear and Tear
M=Miles (There and Back)
AS=Average Speed
F=Fuel Cost
M / AS = T
T * HR + (M / MPG) + WT + F = TOTAL
All fares below are as a guide, time of day and extra pickups or stops may influence the fare.
